How it runs
We start with a two-hour visit, then send a written proposal with the fee, the stages and the dates. Each stage ends with a meeting where you sign off before we move on.
What it costs
From £18,000 in fees, agreed before we start. Build, furniture and making are paid directly to the trades and suppliers at cost, with our invoices next to theirs.
